Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading education technology organization, seeks a Director of Engineering, Business Systems Technology to lead a large-scale enterprise technology group. You will oversee ~140 professionals across engineering, architecture, and delivery, directing platform work on Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite to support ERP, CRM, and HCM functions.

The role focuses on operationalizing processes, standardizing delivery, and leveraging AI to increase efficiency at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and large orgs.
• Proven track record overseeing 100+ employees.
• Experience leading platforms like Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities
