Job summary

Airalo is seeking a Director of Enterprise IT to build and lead a new function. You will own ERP and IT operations, recruit the Enterprise Applications team, and set governance for a SaaS-first estate as we scale globally.

You will drive change, establish controls, and partner with Finance and Security to ensure compliant, scalable IT across remote hubs in Spain and the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leader with ERP project ownership and vendor management.
• Experience in IT operations for SaaS-first environments.
• Strong governance, risk and controls background (SOX).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations and ERP strategy with a build-and-run model.
• Own ERP configuration, vendor selection and project governance.
• Define IT controls, change control and disaster recovery.
• Build and scale the Enterprise Applications team.
• Partner with Data to align platforms with business needs.
