Qualifications

• 10+ years of wholesale markets regulatory experience, including PJM market and regulatory experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience influencing market outcomes through advocacy and coalitions
• Demonstrated ability to work with regulators, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Willingness to travel 30–50% depending on location

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in PJM stakeholder processes and develop alternative proposals
• Monitor and present energy market rules and regulations in PJM region
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Trading, Operations, Origination, Legal, Compliance, Development to advance Brookfield's interests
• Engage in industry trade associations and coalitions to influence policy positions
• Build relationships with PJM staff, regulators, and stakeholders
• Influence energy policy developments through networking and industry participation
• Assist with due diligence related to M&A activities and commercial transactions
