Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline required.
• Demonstrated analytical ability in regulatory/negotiation contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PJM committees, subcommittees, and task forces, including voting strategy coordination.
• Track and analyze PJM proposals throughout the stakeholder process.
• Coordinate internal alignment across regulatory, legal, and operations teams on PJM issue positions.
• Model analytics in support of policy positions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PJM market rules, governance processes, and policies.
• Support advocacy efforts and regulatory filings and reporting.
• Educate others on technical subject matters.
• Develop high-level solutions for complex assignments.
