Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and engagement capability. You will lead channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation, social media, and analytics.

This is a remote position operating across our national footprint. You will partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth

Qualifications

• Experience translating business goals into integrated digital campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and measure performance.
• Experience across digital demand generation and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• B2B/B2C familiarity in veterinary or healthcare tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead web experience improvements and SEO/SEM strategy.
• Plan and optimize paid search, social, email campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and analytics for demand gen.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to leadership.
