Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, international focus preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and influence across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial and other strategies to meet port development needs across regions.
• Manage projects from pre-feasibility to definitive designs with internal/external teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to secure approvals and navigate contracts.
• Lead boards and maintain JV relationships; ensure compliance with governance.
• Travel up to 50% monthly to engage destinations and partners.
