Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Director of Product Management, Data Science, to define and execute product strategy for a portfolio of data science solutions. Qualifications

• Ten or more years in product management or strategy, with at least three years in data science/predictive analytics products.
• Proven track record delivering data science solutions to production with measurable business impact.
• Experience with agile development strongly preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of data science products.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams.
• Establish backlog quality and acceptance criteria.
• Manage dependencies, data pipelines, and delivery risks.
• Own portfolio KPIs and align with OKRs.
• Guide full lifecycle from concept to production and monitoring.
