The role requires 5+ years in leadership and 8+ years in BI/CRM, with strong communication and the ability to drive data-driven improvements across the company. Onsite work with a focus on data strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related leadership experience.
• 8+ years in BI/CRM or related field.
• Ability to interpret data and translate to actions.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a busy environment.
• Experience with complex research projects and data sources.
• Strong knowledge of database queries, web tools and CRM systems.
• Experience with analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, and evaluate the data status and performance.
• Provide leadership and management to the data team aligned with strategic goals.
• Prepare statistically accurate reports with graphs and clear text.
• Track and forecast sales trends and market data with dashboards and reports.
• Analyze customer demographics and buying habits to identify market potential.
• Support development and execution of large data infrastructure balancing cost, efficiency, and security.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain data confidentiality and observe classification standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and other duties as assigned.
