Job summary

IREN is seeking a Director of Data Center Scheduling to lead end-to-end scheduling for West Texas and Oklahoma projects. This role owns the integrated master schedule across all active and pipeline initiatives, ensuring alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

The candidate will manage a team of schedulers, interact with executive leadership, and travel between Texas and Oklahoma sites. Strong expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project, data analytics, and capacity planning is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in complex facilities, hyperscale data centers, or large-scale construction.
• Masters in scheduling tools: Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, with WBS, resource and cost loading, critical path & risk analysis.
• Experience with data center delivery sequencing, interconnection, energization, and commissioning.
• Proven ability to build analytics dashboards, capacity heat maps and scenario-planning models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and govern end-to-end Integrated Master Schedule for data center projects across land, power and construction.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure dependencies and critical paths are met on time.
• Direct capacity planning and forecasting across regional data centers.
• Design and maintain capacity heat maps and scenario analysis to identify delivery gaps.
• Lead risk and change management to protect energization dates and KPIs.
• Provide executive reporting on schedule health and capital phasing to leadership.
