Job summary

IREN is seeking a Director of Regional Project Procurement to lead tactical procurement across the U.S. data center portfolio, translating category strategies into site-ready orders and managing supplier relationships.

You will drive buy-to-delivery for materials and services, align PO activity with schedules and budgets, and report progress to senior leadership while shaping a high-performance regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in procurement, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Direct experience with data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record leading multi-site procurement teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical (PO-level) procurement across regions and projects.
• Own buy-to-delivery cycle for construction materials and services.
• Manage supplier communication, expediting, and issue resolution.
• Enforce standardized procurement processes and PO governance.
• Provide regular procurement status reporting to stakeholders.
• Build and develop regional procurement teams and staff.
• Partner with construction, engineering, and logistics on sequencing and delivery.
