Job summary

IREN is seeking a Director, Regional Project Procurement to lead tactical procurement across U.S. data center projects. You will convert category strategies into PO-level actions, manage supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with schedules and budgets.

You will collaborate with construction, engineering, and logistics teams, drive regional supplier performance, and report status to senior leadership while advancing standardized processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred for senior leadership.
• 12+ years in progressive procurement roles with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical construction procurement.
• Proven track record leading regional multi-site procurement teams.
• Strong ERP/P2P familiarity (SAP, Oracle, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical (PO-level) procurement for designated regions/projects and convert category strategies into purchase orders.
• Own buy-to-delivery cycles for construction materials, equipment, and services per schedules and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day supplier communications, order changes, and issue resolution at project/site level.
• Establish standardized procurement processes, workflows, and PO governance across regions.
• Address field procurement escalations and coordinate with construction, engineering, and logistics teams.
