Job summary

IREN is seeking a Project Cost Analyst in Fort Worth, TX to own the development and maintenance of integrated schedules and cost controls for large-scale data center construction. You will work at the intersection of construction, engineering, and power technologies, delivering real-time decision support.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in CM/Eng/Finance or related field, 3–6 years of cost controls on $50M+ projects, and experience with PMIS like Primavera P6, SAP, Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, Finance, or related field (equiv. experience accepted).
• 3–6 years of cost controls on large-scale capital projects ($50M+).
• Experience with budgets, WBS, and Capex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Govern the project cost baseline, WBS coding, and weekly reconciliation of commitments vs. actuals across all cost systems. Produce cash flow models, rolling forecasts, EAC reports, and executive-ready variance dashboards integrating schedule and cost data.
• Own the end-to-end AFE and Capex authorization process — from package preparation through board-level sign-off and lender draw support.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
