Job summary

Armada is hiring a builder-minded Director, Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting function and elevate it to public-company standards. You will set controllership strategy, own close and policy, and guide multi-entity consolidation with foreign currency translation across international subsidiaries.

You will architect processes/systems for a larger manufacturing-and-deployment business while remaining hands-on to resolve complex technical questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with CPA license.
• 12+ years progressive accounting experience including 5+ years in leadership.
• Big 4 or national firm background preferred with SOX/IPO readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting and tax functions across multi-entity operations.
• Own close process, policy, and technical accounting positions.
• Direct external audits and build SOX-ready controls.
• Drive IPO readiness and multicurrency consolidation worldwide.
• Advise on revenue recognition, leases, and project contracts.
