Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on media experience with a focus on digital video planning and CTV strategy.
- Experience partnering with publishers, platforms, and measurement partners.
- Ability to translate marketplace developments into clear guidance for teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction across converged TV and digital video initiatives aligned to client goals.
- Develop viewpoints on ad tech, publisher developments, and measurement trends.
- Shape planning approaches for digital video and how CTV fits broader media strategy.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Digital Video team.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Oversee campaign development, activation, and reporting for performance and brand goals.
