Job summary

Rainstorm Direct is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to manage day-to-day client relationships and drive growth for converged video campaigns. You will work with integrated teams to meet client objectives, communicate proactively, and identify risks and opportunities.

The role is remote with periodic meetings across US time zones. Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years in client-facing advertising, with experience in linear/DRTV and converged video strategies, strong KPI knowledge, and solid

Qualifications

2-3+ years of client-facing advertising experience.
Experience with linear or DRTV and converged video campaigns preferred.
Ability to lead meetings and translate data into actionable takeaways.

Responsibilities

Assist in growing integrated video campaigns with day-to-day account management.
Collaborate with planning, buying and analytics teams to drive growth.
Support reporting and track decisions and actions; back up to Account leader in client discussions.
Monitor campaign performance and report results.
Develop weekly client summaries and campaign briefs.
Assist with proformas, budgets, pacing, invoices, and financial reporting.
