Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience managing validation analysts, auditors, or financial operations teams.
• MBA/CPA/CIA or MS in Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee validation processes for rebate claims across commercial, Managed Care, PBM, and Medicare/Medicaid.
• Authorize complex utilization data validation against contractual terms and formulary positioning.
• Lead disputes management to resolve payment variances with payers and recover leakage.
• Direct external audit programs and ensure SOX controls and compliance across payer accounts.
