You will manage a specialized team focused on eliminating revenue leakage and validating billions in rebate claims across commercial and government payer contracts. The role emphasizes strong leadership, compliance with SOX controls, and collaboration with Legal and Market Access teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
• MBA, CPA, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or MS in Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pharma contract operations, gross-to-net analytics, or revenue compliance.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing validation analysts, auditors, or financial operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee validation processes for rebate claims across commercial, Managed Care, PBM, and Medicare/Medicaid.
• Lead dispute management to resolve payment variances with payers.
• Direct external audits of payer customers to verify compliance with contracts and policies.
