Job summary

WCG is seeking a Director of Commercial Process & GTM Technology to shape the future-state selling motion and the tech-enabled processes across the lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle. The role centers Salesforce.com as the core platform within an integrated commercial tech ecosystem.

The leader will own governance, roadmap, adoption, and continuous improvement, collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to drive visibility, consistency, and decision-making across the

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market technology.
Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce.com, including governance, roadmap, data quality, adoption, reporting, and integrations.
Experience using Gong or a similar revenue intelligence platform.
Ability to design an integrated operating model across process, data, technology, governance, and user behavior.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the future-state vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for selling motion and go-to-market tech ecosystem.
Position Salesforce.com as the foundational platform for lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle; connect engagement, forecasting, and contracting.
Own Salesforce.com product strategy, governance, and data standards; drive adoption and optimization.
Lead design and standardization of scalable commercial processes supporting opportunity management and contracting.
Define the integrated operating model for customer engagement using Gong and other tools.
