Job summary

This role centers on transforming how Salesforce.com serves the Commercial organization as the foundational platform within an integrated go-to-market stack. The incumbent will own the platform strategy, governance, and adoption, align Gong forecasting, and collaborate with Legal and Finance to optimize

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market technology.
• Experience defining end-to-end lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes in a complex organization.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com including governance, roadmap, data quality, adoption, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define the future-state selling motion and multi-year roadmap for the commercial tech ecosystem.
• Own Salesforce.com strategy, governance, roadmap, data standards, and user adoption for the Commercial org.
• Lead design and standardization of scalable commercial processes across opportunities, forecasting, contracts, and handoffs.
