Job summary

Insurance Office of America searches for a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations, standardize workflows, and guide growth through strategic initiatives and integration programs.

The role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to improve service delivery and profitability, leveraging EPIC and data-driven processes to drive shareholder value. Remote work is available with on-site needs as required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU/CIC designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute initiatives strengthening Commercial Lines operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce variation, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity to support growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
• Provide national expertise on agency operations, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Support M&A integration through integration planning and workflow alignment.
• Engage producers, operations teams, and leadership to drive adoption of new processes.
• Promote EPIC utilization and other technology to improve performance.
• Lead change management initiatives across the organization.
