Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, standardize workflows, and optimize performance across the organization.

The position emphasizes collaboration with producers and operations, M&A integration, and the evolution of the agency's P&C operating model. Remote-friendly with potential hybrid onsite needs.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience.
• Experience with EPIC and agency operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in M&A integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable operational improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization to increase productivity and consistency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
