Insurance Office of America in the United States is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations, partnering with regional leadership to drive efficiency, service quality, and growth.

The role focuses on standardizing workflows, optimizing processes, workforce planning, and supporting M&A integration, with emphasis on Epic systems and a strong client service mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations, service delivery, and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and workflow alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership to drive initiatives.
