Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to drive workflow standardization, scalability, and improved client outcomes across the organization.

The role emphasizes M&A integration, operational transformation, and delivering best practices for servicing models while leveraging EPIC and related platforms for performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration initiatives through operational assessments and planning.
• Promote effective utilization of EPIC and related systems.
