Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. You will drive standardization, process improvement, and workforce planning, partnering with regional leadership to align with strategic objectives and M&A initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license with 5–7+ years of operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency, and preferably CPCU and/or CIC designation, to advance

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with EPIC systems preferred.
• Strong communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and service.
• Support M&A integration through planning and alignment.
• Partner with leadership and producers to drive results.
• Promote EPIC and other tech to improve performance.
• Manage workforce capacity planning and scheduling.
