Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national commercial lines operations, drive process standardization, and collaborate with regional leaders to elevate client service and profitability.

You will oversee workflow optimization, M&A integration support, and leadership development, guiding producers and operations in a matrixed environment while maintaining a focus on EPIC-based workflows and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Proven ability to standardize workflows and drive process improvement across multiple regions.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.
