Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a largely remote role with CTZ-aligned hours. The candidate will drive strategic initiatives, standardize workflows, and optimize service models across the agency.

Required are 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership, active P&C license, and strong preference for CPCU/CIC. Experience with M&A integration and EPIC workflows is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to optimize workflows, processes, and service models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional Leadership.
• Drive workflow standardization and process optimization across the organization.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity analysis to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to improve client outcomes.
