PeopleFinders is seeking a strategic Director, Infrastructure & IT Operations to lead cloud infrastructure, SRE, and production operations for its digital properties. This role guides corporate IT, bot mitigation, and security while delivering architectural leadership across cloud platforms and observability.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in cloud and IT ops, plus 5+ years leading teams. You will drive reliability, vendor management, and cost optimization in a remote environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, DevOps, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience with AWS or comparable cloud for high-traffic, customer-facing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; can explain tech to executives.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and IaC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cloud infrastructure, SRE, production operations, corporate IT, helpdesk, and bot mitigation.
• Set ownership, standards, SLOs, escalations, and metrics for each function.
• Develop managers and staff through coaching and career development.
• Build roadmaps aligned with growth, security, reliability, and cost.
