Job summary

IMPaCT Care Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Strategy to lead the end-to-end design, launch and scale of Community Health Worker programs.

You will translate strategic visions into practical program designs, managing a matrixed team across workforce development, technology and product to deliver CHW infrastructure that meets client needs. The role requires deep healthcare operations experience, Medicare/Medicaid financing knowledge, and strong data analysis in Excel.

Qualifications

• Clinical training or graduate degree in health policy/healthcare management is required.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale CHW programs.
• Ability to translate complex visions into practical program designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end journey of building, launching, and scaling CHW programs.
• Serve as the primary architect and account owner, turning visions into operational realities.
• Lead a matrixed team across workforce development, tech, and product to deliver CHW infrastructure.
• Use data and quantitative fluency to assess performance and identify root causes.
