Quorum Health Corporation is seeking a Director of Clinical Informatics to provide strategic leadership for clinical information systems across the enterprise. You will partner with clinicians, nursing, IT, quality, and revenue cycle to ensure safe, standardized, patient-centered care and to translate clinical needs into technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Technology, or related clinical field.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the organization's clinical informatics strategy.
• Serve as the primary bridge between clinical operations and IT for clinical information systems.
• Lead EMR implementations, conversions, upgrades, and optimization.
• Design and optimize clinical workflows to improve safety and efficiency.
• Partner with analytics to ensure data is meaningful and actionable.
• Engage physicians and clinicians to drive adoption and change management.
