Ascension Health is seeking a Strategic Technology Leader for Clinical Informatics to drive the department's long-range strategy across multiple hospital settings. Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership/management.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching strategy for the Clinical Informatics department, cultivating a high-performance culture of ownership and proactive problem-solving across diverse hospital settings and geographical regions.
• Orchestrate seamless collaboration between technical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure that technology deployments prioritize workflow efficiency, standardized practices, and enhanced patient safety.
• Serve as the primary technology liaison and trusted advisor to market leadership, leveraging expert negotiation and relational diplomacy to align complex IT interests with local clinical needs.
• Manage high-level project escalations and routine operations while utilizing data analytics and emerging industry trends to continuously optimize technology adoption and organizational value.
