Job summary

Zoic Labs is seeking a U.S. Creative Director to shape and present cutting-edge concepts across client experiences, from web tools to XR. You will lead rapid prototyping, collaborate with designers, developers, and producers, and translate client goals into interactive prototypes that are intuitive and functional.

The role requires strong ideation and storytelling, with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders. Remote work is supported; candidates in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong ideation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate concepts visually and verbally.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate abstract client goals into tangible prototypes across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch original creative concepts for immersive, interactive experiences (web tools, XR).
• Lead early client conversations and capture friction points to shape solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project leads through discovery to rapid prototyping.
• Explore emerging tools and technologies to apply to client work.
• Support creation of case studies, pitch decks, and thought leadership content.
