• Proven track record building strategic referral relationships in behavioral health.
• Deep knowledge of behavioral health care pathways and levels of care.
• Ability to translate clinical value into partner-focused messaging.
• Travel readiness for regional outreach and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly BD production and census goals for the Princeton outpatient program.
• Develop quarterly BD strategies to grow referral volume across accounts.
• Identify and expand relationships with hospitals, physicians, EAPs, schools and community partners.
• Present clinically informed value propositions to hospitals and stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records of referrals, pipeline and activities; manage expenses per guidelines.
• Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to support discharge planning.
• Represent the organization at events and community engagements.
