Job summary

Victory Addiction Recovery Center is seeking a Director of Business Development for a remote role focused on expanding referral networks and service lines. You will lead BD and marketing activities, collaborate with clinical and admin teams, and drive census growth across markets.

The role requires 4+ years in healthcare BD/Marketing, a strong local referral base, and a Bachelor’s/Associate degree with preference for Behavioral Health experience.

Qualifications

• Four or more years’ experience in healthcare business development and marketing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of local market and referral base.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates business development and marketing programs to grow facility services and referrals.
• Builds strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and other referral sources.
• Leads staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to meet department goals.
• Represents the facility at community and professional events to enhance census and revenue.
