Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead strategy, architecture, and execution of its global infrastructure in a remote-capable role. You will modernize systems, improve scalability, strengthen security, and build the foundation to support growth.

You will own Azure infrastructure, cloud governance, and security programs while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. A Lean technical team will report to you.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud engineering.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and programs.
• Hands-on Azure with IaC, automation, and modern cloud operations.
• Experience maturing cybersecurity programs including SIEM and identity security.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, SOX ITGC, and cost optimization (FinOps).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure, networking, and technology vendors.
• Lead Azure infrastructure, automation, and observability programs.
• Establish FinOps practices and optimize cloud spend.
• Develop cybersecurity strategy including SIEM, identity, and endpoint protection.
• Oversee security programs and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Manage SOC 2, ITGC, privacy and data protection governance.
• Oversee IT operations, DR/BC, and incident management.
• Collaborate with Engineering while owning infrastructure governance.
