Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead strategy, architecture, and execution of its global infrastructure, with emphasis on Azure and security governance. The role balances strategic vision with hands-on delivery and requires building a scalable, secure, and efficient technology backbone to support rapid growth.

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure strategy, optimize operations, and align IT with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or related field.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure, networking, internal IT, hardware, SaaS platforms, and vendors.
• Lead Azure infrastructure, IaC, automation, API platforms, AI infrastructure, and observability.
• Establish FinOps practices and optimize cloud and SaaS spend.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity strategy including SIEM, endpoint security, IAM, zero-trust, MDR partnerships.
• Lead security programs including awareness, vendor risk, and DevSecOps.
• Oversee SOC 2, SOX ITGC, privacy and data protection programs.
• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, incident management, and IT operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering while owning infrastructure, security, access, governance, and operations.
• Lead and develop a team of four across Cloud & Platform, IT Operations, Security, and DBA.
