Ladders is seeking a Director, Area Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial assets with a focus on operational performance, financial discipline, and long-term value creation. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external customers to strengthen service delivery, support contract execution, and improve revenue and margin outcomes.

This remote position in the United States offers a compensation range of $130,900–$187,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Business degree or strong technical degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in waste, energy, or production industries in a senior management role.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and forecasts in industrial settings.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss for the asset base.
• Drive asset improvement and development to grow revenue and margins.
• Oversee contract compliance and service delivery.
• Implement market strategies for merchant waste and client agreements.
• Direct stakeholder management at all levels, including senior executives.
• Conduct risk management and strategy development.
• Lead business development and strategy implementation.
