This remote position in the United States offers a compensation range of $130,900–$187,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• Business degree or strong technical degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in waste, energy, or production industries in a senior management role.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and forecasts in industrial settings.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and negotiation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Area Asset Manager to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will oversee a portfolio of industrial assets with a focus on operational performance, financial discipline, and long-term value creation. The Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to strengthen service delivery, support contract execution, and improve revenue and margin outcomes. In addition, this leader will shape market-facing strategies, guide risk management, and drive business development initiatives across the asset base.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,900 – $187,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss for the asset base
• Drive asset improvement and development to support revenue and margin growth
• Oversee contract compliance and service delivery to customers
• Implement market strategies for merchant waste and client agreements
• Direct stakeholder management at all levels, including senior executives
• Conduct risk management and strategy development
• Lead business development and strategy implementation efforts

Qualifications

• Business degree or strong technical degree with an operating background required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in waste, energy, or production industries in a senior management role
• Experience managing profit and loss, budgets, and forecasts in an industrial or production environment
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
