Job summary

Bloomreach seeks a Director of AI Enablement & Security to lead enterprise AI adoption while maintaining strict security controls and governance. You will manage AI, IT, and security teams to scale production-grade features and ensure regulatory compliance across functions.

The role partners with GRC, Legal, and DPO, shaping a company-wide AI strategy and FinOps framework for cost control and value realization. Remote in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security, IT, or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years in supervising and scaling multiple teams.
• Proven ability to drive rapid technology adoption with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement and security strategy across the org.
• Manage and scale AI, IT, and security teams for rapid delivery.
• Govern AI risk, compliance, and FinOps with cross-functional partners.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
