Job summary

BloomReach Inc. is seeking a Director of AI Enablement & Security to lead the charge in AI-driven e-commerce. This role is pivotal in maximizing organizational velocity while ensuring security standards are upheld.

The successful candidate will manage high-performing teams of AI, IT, and Security engineers, partner cross-departmentally to accelerate AI initiatives, and develop a comprehensive AI governance strategy.

Competitive salary of $200,000-$250,000 with additional bonuses and benefits including healthcare and 401k.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling multiple teams.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships across enterprise departments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and accelerate AI use cases.
• Chair a cross-functional AI Governance Committee.
• Design AI readiness and safety education strategy across the company.
• Lead and mentor teams in Information Security, IT, and AI enablement.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Integrate AI vulnerabilities and compliance requirements into risk management.
• Optimize enterprise AI FinOps and monitor vendor costs.
• Oversee technical evaluation and risk profiling for AI platforms.
