Bloomreach is seeking a Director of AI Enablement & Security to join the Global Information Security and Technology leadership team. You will scale multi-disciplinary teams, drive AI adoption with robust security, and partner with GRC, Legal, and the DPO to align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 5+ years managing and scaling multiple teams across IT/Security/AI.
• Proven ability to drive rapid technology adoption with strong governance and risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement across Go-To-Market, Product/R&D, HR, Finance and Legal.
• Define AI Security Blueprint and risk frameworks for internal use and production features.
• Oversee AI FinOps and vendor risk management across departments.
• Partner with Legal, GRC, and DPO to ensure regulatory compliance of AI initiatives.
