Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security, IT, or Infra Engineering
• 5+ years managing and scaling multiple teams
• Proven track record driving rapid technology adoption
• Executive communication translating engineering concepts to business impact

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-departmental AI strategy and enablement across Marketing, Sales, HR, Product
• Chair or co-lead AI Governance Committee with legal, finance, and product stakeholders
• Scale and mentor teams in Information Security, IT, and AI enablement
• Define and execute the AI security blueprint and automated guardrails
