Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Director of AI Enablement & Security to join our Global Information Security and Technology leadership team. You will drive safe, efficient, and rapid AI adoption across our global enterprise while maintaining robust security controls and compliance guardrails.

You will directly manage and scale high-performing teams of AI, IT, and Security engineers who build core infrastructure, partnering with Legal, DPO, and Finance to deliver frictionless, secure technical enablement.

Qualifications

• The Leadership Pedigree: 10+ years in Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 5+ years managing and scaling multiple teams (IT, Security, and/or AI/Software).
• Velocity-first mindset with track record of rapid technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Departmental AI Strategy & Enablement
• Partner with leadership across units to accelerate AI use cases with governance
• AI Governance Committee: chair or co-lead cross-functional AI governance
• Culture & Literacy Strategy: design AI readiness and safety education
• Leadership & People Management
• Scale Multi-Disciplinary Teams: lead IT, Security, and AI enablement
• Technical Roadmap Execution: translate needs into concrete roadmaps
• AI Governance, Risk & FinOps
• Collaborative Risk Management: align AI risk with ERM
• Cross-Departmental Spend Optimization: own AI FinOps framework
• Vendor Lifecycle Governance: evaluate third-party AI platforms
• AI Security & Infrastructure
• Define the AI Security Blueprint and automated guardrails
