Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, AI enablement and Business process architecture to shape enterprise-wide AI enablement and HR workflow design in a remote US-based role.

You will translate strategy into future-state designs, establish governance for responsible AI, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value through automation and intelligent process design across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or business architecture.
• Experience developing enterprise AI and automation strategies in large organizations.
• Hands-on leadership in generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of HR operating models and employee lifecycle journeys.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, AI enablement and Business process architecture to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will shape enterprise-wide AI enablement and business process architecture with a particular focus on HR workflows and employee experience. The role will translate strategy into future-state designs, establish governance for responsible AI use, and help drive measurable value through automation and intelligent process design. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable, employee-centric operating models across HR domains and systems. The work will directly support transformation, efficiency, and adoption outcomes across a large organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $258,750 annually
