Qualifications

• Experience - 10 years accounts payable within a large, distributed and/or complex company environment.
• 3 years experience leading, mentoring, and managing multi-location teams.
• Education - Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic guidelines, procedures, and processes.
• Establishes department goals and monitors the health of the payables function through reports and KPIs.
• Identifies opportunities to improve systems, workflow, and procedures; collaborates cross-functionally to implement changes.
• Maintains relationships with senior leadership and internal customers to ensure positive interactions and outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and adheres to company policies.
