Fallstaff Search is recruiting for a surgical implant representative in Cleveland, OH to launch a new division. You will be among the first seven reps to market an implanted device to orthopedic surgeons, with substantial travel required to cover large territories.

The compensation package includes a $100k base salary plus sales commissions and a bonus, with projected first-year earnings around $150k and potential exceeding $200k in year two, plus full benefits.

• Experience selling physician-preferred products to surgeons.
• Orthopedic sales experience is a plus.
