Vyve Broadband seeks a Direct Sales Program Manager to coordinate and optimize programs supporting the Direct Sales channel, including D2D, resellers, MDU, EMA/NEMA, and other customer acquisition initiatives. You will work with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Billing to ensure scalable, measurable programs that drive revenue and improve the customer experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of program management, direct sales operations, or channel management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
• Experience coordinating issue resolution across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and ongoing management of Direct Sales programs.
