Job summary

Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) in the United States is seeking a Direct Sales Director to drive client acquisition through outbound calls, education of prospects on payroll and employee benefits products, and effective lead management with the Sales Operations team.

Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and MS Teams, using Salesforce for tracking, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in payroll services or the employee benefits industry.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Proven ability to close a sale and handle difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound sales calls to current and potential clients.
• Educate potential clients regarding the benefits and requirements of our products.
• Manage qualified leads distributed by Sales Operations team.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and MS Teams.
• Use Salesforce database for leads and won/loss tracking needs.
