Job summary

Total Administrative Services Corporation is hiring a Direct Sales Director to join the Direct Sales team. This Individual Contributor role builds new leads, sustains a smooth sales process, and focuses on cross-selling and up-selling across services.

You will close sales, meet targets, and contribute to continuous improvements in sales processes. The position offers base salary plus commission and annual renewals, with remote eligibility in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in payroll services or the employee benefits industry is required.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls to current and potential clients to generate opportunities.
• Educate potential clients about product benefits and requirements.
• Manage leads distributed by Sales Operations and track progress.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone/MS Teams.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for lead management and opportunity tracking.
