Job summary

Direct Auto is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by securing new business, cross-selling to existing customers, and retaining accounts. You will build a local pipeline, generate referrals, and nurture community partnerships to fuel sales.

The role involves selling to local customers in person and over the phone, with a base hourly rate and uncapped incentives. 0–2 years of experience and P&C licensing preferred or licensure within 90 days are expected.

• P&C licensing (preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities
