Job summary

Operation Smile is seeking a Direct Response Coordinator in Virginia Beach to support the Donor Development team. You will manage campaign workflow, coordinate with partners, and help integrate direct mail with digital fundraising for recurring monthly donors and high-value gifts.

You will review proofs, ensure data accuracy with the Data & Analytics group, and help optimize the donor journey across offline and online channels. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years professional direct marketing and nonprofit experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Spanish bilingual a plus; experience with donor databases recommended.

Responsibilities
